Has more to do with LAZYAs in.........if they weren't so lazy, they would turn inexpensive fresh food into a meal.....if they weren't so lazy, the place they live in would be tidy......if they weren't so lazy, they'd be employable and have a job or support themselves in some manner. Generally speaking, yes I know there are exceptions, but not many.

Nicely done.Wider society is absolved from all blame, and can go back to ignoring the underclass, then be massively surprised when the riots kick off again.
