Ex Machina
Alex Garland's Turing Test flick. Well scripted with excellent delivery from the main actors. Gives you lots to think about.
And if you don't like intimate dialogue stuff there are naked robot chicks to perv over.
Other things that spring to mind that aren't as recent...
