In Bruges
Fine cast, excellent acting, memorable quotes, and a racist womanising drug taking midget. What's there to be down about!

Thought I'd introduce the kids to 2001
but they have been so brain washed by films/tv where shit happens at 100mph all the time they could not grasp the fact that nothing happens for minutes on end.

Also, apparently the 'CGI is a bit rubbish'

I will persevere

Brazil
My favourite film of all time, and the one I watch over and over again for the fantastic imagery and brilliant acting by Jonathan Pryce and pretty much everyone else.

So bad its good
Liquid Sky
An early 80s sci fi, the story is ridiculous, acting is terrible, special effects terrible and the whole thing has a jarring 80s soundtrack.
All of which apparently make it a cult thing.

This has actually inspired me to watch stuff I've not seen for ages, to see if they're still as good as I remember them.
Gonna get Silent Running tonight.

I'm not posting an answer to this question because I hate all of you and shudder at the thought of being able to make your life more pleasant, even for a moment.
I could just post something shit, but you might actually like it, that would feel weird and I can't be bothered.

The Blind Side.
I enjoyed it and I don't like America, don't like sports, don't like Sandra Bullock's acting and don't like heartwarming films. Ditto for my girlfriend at the time. Quite an acheivment for a Hollywood film.

Vampire's Kiss
Its new york in the 80's and Nicolas Cage has a mental breakdown and is convinced he's turning into a vampire. Its on you tube in full and is mental as balls.

V/H/S
bunch of local thugs are paid to break into a house and steal a tape. 'you'll know it when you see it' is all they have to go on.

Home movies of paranormal events and gang violence occur. It's on Netflix if you want to check it out, really good horror.

Black Cat White Cat
Is amazing. It's a gipsy film with gangsters playing poker in a moving caravan to avoid the cops, dead grandfathers in the attic, a hospital rescue involving a band, someone running away from their own wedding when they see the bride, and a pig eating a car.
