There are some fine diningplaces where I live that mince chicken breasts into little balls, squash them flat, egg-wash and then crumb them in previously baked breadcrumbs with garlic and sage. They then bake these morsels whilst they deep fry freshly 'chipped' new potatoes.
I know this because anywhere we go my beautiful daughter orders "chips & nuggets".
Trust me - if my tastes seem pedestrian, I am a gourmand compared to some members of my family.
