I think the herbs have to be dried.What would you rather I do, buy the herbs and spices separately, and mix my own, for exactly the same affect? Or do you think I should grow my own herbs and spices, dry them in the sun, then bleat about what a great experience it was in a letter to The Guardian while wanking over Barbara from The Good Life?
