My missus got one about 3 Christmases ago.Motherfucker was almost too big for the weber (kettle bbq).
Took about 8 hrs. to cook, and I was sick of poultry for about a month afterwards.
I note the Paula Deen has a recipe for it. She likes her white meat does Paula.
