I helped three lovely old dears, the youngest 70, the oldest 90 to hang the wreath after the church service where I live.

I don't have many regrets about leaving, it's a hell of a change when you come out to civvy street but I manage to get by....just!

As a Sergeant I was making about 30,000 a year. My first year out I made 17,500 and struggled. I'm up to 22,000 after 3 years hard graft but I think having to look after myself al those years has helped me to adapt to the changes.
