If the cars are OPEN it may just make the owner start to lock them at night. If they were locked,or on a private drive, he would indeed be a cunt.

I speak as someone who had their car broken into last week, on their own drive, under a security light, with 2 dogs in the house, and the scum walked past one car, and through some gates to get to it. Nothing got taken, as there was nothing in the car apart from some de-icer and a duster. But I still locked it.
