This is a question Get Rich Quick

Jabboy contacted us because he's skint. So what have you done to make money fast? Did you actually make anything, or were you just ripped off by someone who really was getting rich quick? Did you have to sell your soul?

PS. Jabboy is available for rent on 0870 88673242

BU SPASS
Living in Manchester a few years ago I used to get the super £35 a month bus pass - you could go pretty much anywhere in the world on that pass. A nice simple pass - one half photo card one half monthly card with date and lame authorisation stamp on.

Cue really crude Photoshop clone tool to amend the date and print. This was the simplest and most copyable buss pass you could imagine. Me and 8 housemates, £35 per month for two years - you do the maths, we must have saved about a billion pounds. Even when ticket checks were carried out nobody spootted it. One ticket even read 30th February - used it for two weeks before realising.

Then they put some stupid bloody luminous orange wavey lines on it and ruined it for me. I had graduated by then and decided it was time to start paying my way!

Forgery ftw.
AHAHHAHA!!!
I've done the exact same thing! February the 30th!

I got stopped by a driver trying to board a bus,
"Hang on a minute - Feb 30th?!!"
"Yeah... I got it on Monday, seems the ticket machine is fucked..."
"Fair enough...."

Did those passes enough to save over £400, only stopped after i had a ticket inspection on the bus over to my mates.
I got through it, just blagged that i got it a bit wet, so the ink went a purpley colour instead of the blue...
Still, i shat myself enough to realise that forgery is probably not for me. :)

I wish
it was possible to do this in Brighton, where due to some quirk of local transport financing, tickets are now £3.50 for a return or near £15 for 7 days (scandalous!). Unfortunately the bastards have devised a foolproof 'laminated scratchcard' form of pass that's practically unforgeable.

Most of the drivers can't count to 7 though, so it's often possible to scratch off 8 days and claim it as a mistake on your part if they notice.
