@HabermanAren't the water levels going to rise at about 1m per 100 years IF we don't cut down on our use of fossil fuels (of which we haven't got that much remaining anyway)? Even british builders could build a 1m wall in 100 years. Even a 10M rise would hardly be insurmountable through the use of walls. 100M would be tricky but not impossible.
And if it causes larger tidal changes- as I've heard some fear- then fantastic! We can use tide-pool generators and the like to get more power.
