The joke's on them!They used to get £100 or so per month off me.
Now they get nothing (well, next to nothing- gotta use some gas occasionally when people are 'round) as I can't afford to keep the house warm all the time.
The PC should keep the flat bearably warm during winter, as should the addition of something called a "sweater" or "jumper", which is an arcane piece of knowledge from before the days of our houses being heated by effervescent spirits mined from subterranean caves.
So anyway, British Gas have just lost themselves money from my account- and I'm pretty sure others will follow (thermal)suit. A victory for the free market!
