My local Chinese takeaway...The sainted 'Eastern Star'...have closed for a week.
They are so rich that apparently they can afford to shut the whole cocking place down and piss off on holiday!
And why / how can they do this?
Because me and my fat ass have systematically paid for their happy trip with my insatiable greed and addiction to their delicious lovliness in tupperware containers.

The moral of this story is...you can get very rich...very quickly....all you have to do is be expertly skilled in cooking delicious Chinese takeout...and live near me.

The wok bar in Purley is good and does deliveriesnot sure if they will deliver to Coventry though.

They dont deliver....but the Wing Wah does an excellent buffet, and during the day its only about £6!
Come to think of it - I haven't found a decent chinese delivery place in Cov since I moved.
But then I guess thats a good thing, else I would be buying take out twice a week! :(
