When you sit down, or get up, you go 'Hnnf', very quietly.
Lifting anything, same kind of thing.
Those are your old man's noises. Once you start, you will never stop. Well, until you die, of course.

I was nearly 40 before I started doing it.
I even do it getting in and out of the car now.
