Yeah he often stands outside Gap/New lookand sometimes at the clock tower. Havn't seen him for a while though.

Me neither :(There used to be one further down towards McDonald's and Superdrug as well... don't remember now if it was the same man.
Saw the Archbishop last year on campus during JesusFest or whatever the big summer thing with all the priests was called...
