I had that op (and the subsequent daily redressings) and the company I worked for was far too cheap to pay someone to cover me, so I ended up going into work and kneeling on the sofa cushions in front of my desk as it was the only way I could get it done.

The management then came and complained that my knees were leaving marks on the sofa cushions so would I just kneel on the floor instead?

I've been signed off work for at least a month, just got a doctor's note.

Work have just changed all of our shifts leaving me £100s out of pocket each month too, so I'm going to drag it out for as long as possible the bastards.
