when you're worried about something
Ask yourself if there’s anything you can do about your situation. If there is, there’s no need to worry. If there isn’t, there’s no point worrying.

This is true
Unless it's something beyond your control, such as having some fuck awful medical condition/disease, then it can solved. Maybe not easily, but may require willpower and presence of mind.

Yeah.
Like having cancer.

Also...
...only 7% of what we worry about comes true. Therefore, worry about half as many things and only 3.5% can come true.

Extend this principle far enough and it can be seen you can manipulate reality to the extent where nothing ever goes wrong for you. Win.

Not worrying doesn't help.
If you can solve a problem then somtimes worrying motivates you or keeps you sharp.
If you can't solve a problem worrying may kick-start you into finding a solution or, at worst, make you pass out to avoid trauma.
I worry wasn't needed we'd have evolved out of it.

True
but if you're worried anyway, thinking about what you can do about it is exactly whats needed. Once you know what to do about it, there's no point worrying anymore.
