Ask yourself if there’s anything you can do about your situation. If there is, there’s no need to worry. If there isn’t, there’s no point worrying.

Unless it's something beyond your control, such as having some fuck awful medical condition/disease, then it can solved. Maybe not easily, but may require willpower and presence of mind.

Extend this principle far enough and it can be seen you can manipulate reality to the extent where nothing ever goes wrong for you. Win.

If you can solve a problem then somtimes worrying motivates you or keeps you sharp.
If you can't solve a problem worrying may kick-start you into finding a solution or, at worst, make you pass out to avoid trauma.
I worry wasn't needed we'd have evolved out of it.
