Best Graffiti Ever
My favourite was a public loo in Oxford where someone had written a huge poem all down the cubicle door. Best bit? Someone else had added detailed literary criticism. Only in Oxford. Have you seen better? Worse? Do tell.

Slightly off-topic
but it meant there was no need for grafitti
there was a café in Cathays in Cardiff called The Warm as Toast Café.
In their wisdom they had appreviated it for the sign.
(for those that don't get it, they had a big sign saying TWAT)
