Thats just reminded me of my last birthday cakeMr Box made it, out of 33 Ferrero Rochers cemented into a morula by melted milk chocolate and white chocolate, and sprinkles. I think there was cream there too.
Lasted about 5 days, had to be refrigerated. My gums lasted about 1 day, trying to get on the outside of the rochercake.
