More often than not......I quietly sing urine-themed versions of pop songs to start the flow.
I'm scared that I'm going to get older and louder and "hello urine, my old friend" or "give piss a chance" will emerge from wherever I'm psyching myself up in order to micturate.

Gloves/GloveI prefer to make the word 'love' in a song into 'glove'. It makes a much better song imo.
