... any good chef will tell you not to stab them as they are desinged to cook better in all the fat and juice contained within the skin. If you stab them they will inevitably end up really dry or not cooked properly.

You shouldnt stab them anyway....
... any good chef will tell you not to stab them as they are desinged to cook better in all the fat and juice contained within the skin. If you stab them they will inevitably end up really dry or not cooked properly.
