Just one off the top of my headBefore becoming a flash bastard and breaking into design, I used to do IT support. One of the most memorable support calls was from one of the women in accounts:
Bird: Is there a problem with the network?
Me: I don't think so, why?
Bird: My keyboard isn't working!
Yes love, because we plug keyboards into the server. Turns out she'd kicked the mouse plug out the back of the PC...
