My nominations areHero: The penguin on Frozen Planet that waddled past Sir David delivering a piece to camera and just turned his head and said 'Good Morning' in penguin and then carried on. Regardless of David being from a different race and culture than himself, he was courteous and polite, a true beacon for us all.
Villain: That bastard of a liquorice torpedo that broke my tooth in half and cost me £350 to get repaired.
