talking of whichwhen I ws 16, I had a fizzie. We lived in Rural Gloucestershire for a few years, and me and 4 or 5 schoolmates got mopeds around the same time.
One of them had an excrescence called a Garelli bimatic. Good for about 25 mph, on a good day. We used to make him go first, so we wouldn't lose him.
Only, Garelli Bimatics had a stupid little headlamp that ran off a dynamo. One night, whizzing around the country lanes, half pissed on cider, he misses a bend and ploughs into a hedge. As we're all following him, we all do the same, and end up in a large pile, burning arms and legs on hot exhaust pipes. Took some untangling, that did.
