thats exactly what i was gonna say!my ex boyfriend stayed in linlithgow halls. spent many a night in the ghetto i have! fire alarms at 4-5am and nobody gets back in until they've found out who did it. The rooms are like prison cells!

seems that the ghetto is a common oneas Neuadd Philip Evans & Neuadd Philip Squire halls in Glamorgan uni are referred to as the ghettos too
