tech supporti work for tech support for a networking company (ne****r) and it always confuzed me when people call up asking how to set up thier router without reading the perfeclt simple manual included. they seem to prefer waiting for an hour on hold to speak to me when all i want to do is shout down the phone "read the bloody manul u fukcing idiot!"
