This is a question Hypocrisy

Overheard the other day: "I've told you before - stop swearing in front of the kids, for fuck's sake." Your tales of double standards please.

Erm – hand on a minute – you’re generalizing a bit on the girlie side here.
I always open doors for people, male or female, and I always pay my way when I go out for meals, or when I went on dates etc when I was single. I took my fiancé for an expensive meal the other evening as a treat and we take it in turns at the bar and I always pay for half cab fares.

I’ve decided that I want to work after we have kids and my fella is going to be the `at home’ parent even though he has a highly paid job as a web designer.

The only thing in section 8 that I do agree with is the custody part. Clearly it should be that the most capable and suitable parent should have main custody of the child in divorce cases but sadly this isn’t often the case. I was left with my alcoholic mother when she and my father separated and ended up in a foster home for a year as a result.

I understand your frustrations Chad but don’t char us all with the same brush please.

Cheers

good for you!
Seriously, though - manners are great, but at the end of the day, most women I have known/met would have no problem expecting dinner on a date to be paid for by the man, or suchlike.

My wife is different, but then again, she's my wife and basically everything we have is shared anyways! (not only that, but she's lovely, to boot)

Nice one
It's good to know you have a fab and fair missus :) We're not all selfish, spoilt cows :)
