Don't worryI have redhair and had the piss taken out of me in school. Its only in later life that I've discovered people have a bit of a 'thing' for it - but I agree with you that blokes get a worse deal. I am still referred to as ginger pubes/minge by a select few though.
I'm sure they're just jealous :s
