Sam Neil in 'Perfect Strangers' got me a bit crushy, iffy considering his characters obsessive persona.

Jason David Frank was/is the green/white ranger.
He also was a red ranger later on, and then when the series went to Disney, he was eventually brought back as the power rangers mentor and a black ranger. [/Power Ranger nerd mode]
