It's by some French Canadian woman
named Marie Chouinard, who choreographs loads of this sort of thing. Her Wikipedia page is utterly baffling to me. Her works are confusing. The interviews with her I saw showed her to be pretentious in the extreme.

But at least she uses very hot female dancers.

Sounds like it should mean 'Squealer'. Which in turn sounds like a villain from the Teenage Mutant Hero Turtles.
