If being nice and polite were criminalthe world where the allegations about that well known celebrity concern their unpaid, unpublicised charity work. Where teachers complain about polite behaviour by school pupils. Movie villains who offer you a seat and ask if you'd like a tea as they were just about to make one.
That kind of thing.
