government departents we don't have but needGod that sounds boring but..
1) department of common sense - 'I'm suing McWhoever because their food got me fat - fuck you fatty you knew it wasn't a salad
2) Ministry of justice - 2 months jail for running over a pensioner? Bollocks, try escaping from a dodgems or one of those smash up derby things (actual name forgotten) whilst a bunch of old senile codgers try to run you over....
Not trying to rant, just things I would love to see. Moaning that you're (free) council house is too small after you give birth to your 48th child?.....
