This is a question Karma

Sue Denham writes, "I once slipped out of work two hours early without the boss noticing. In my hurry to make the most of this petty victory, I knocked myself out on the car door and spent the rest of the day semi-conscious, bowking rich brown vomit over my one and only suit."

Have you been visited by the forces of Karma, or watched it happen to other people?

Thanks to Pooflake for the suggestion

I'm tired today because someone spent last night joyriding up and down the road outside my bedroom. My sleep was car-marred.

Not being a pusillanimous, vindictive, gloating bastard, I've not got any stories this week. A poor pun is all I can offer.

Cor!
I like a man with a big dictionary. Does he have a thesaurus too?
(, Mon 25 Feb 2008, 14:51, closed)
It is indeed a good word
One of my favourites (apart from "fuck", obviously - how versatile can you get, for FFS?! It can be a noun, verb, adverb, adjective...) is oleagenous. I particularly like referring to certain cunts as oleagenous e.g. Ainsley Harriot, Keith Richards. You know why? Because they ARE oleagenous cunts! lol

I don't think your pun is that bad...

I love the word "pusillanimity" even more. But most of all, I love the word "subfusc". 'S'Just great, innit?

It's not a big 'un
but I like the Norn Irish word thran. It fills a niche.

My current favourite word is plosive but I almost never get to use that.

(Words I enjoy semantically rather than syntactically: holiday, free, dinner, wine, bed, radio.)

Well my favorite words are...
Kaposi's sarcoma - just rolls off the tongue.

I like the word slut. It's great to say and always makes me think of a thin cardboard cup filled with milk or yoghurt and then accidentally knocked - the sound and effect of the dairy product against the thin cardboard is a slut.

Lovely word.

yes, I know my mind makes some very odd connections
