Ouch
I felt something like this, when I had surgical steel pins removed from my forearm, it was quite uncomfortable. In fact, when I screamed in pain, instead of offering anaesthetic or pain-relief, they simply had a couple of physioterrorists hold me down. I still screamed, but at least I wasn't wriggling around any more.
