"Needless to say, I had the last laugh"
Celebrity autobiographies are filled to the brim with self-righteous tales of smug oneupmanship. So, forget you had any shame, grab a coffee and a croissant, and tell us your smug tales of when you got one over somebody.
Thanks to Ring of Fire for the suggestion

The crazy shit I pull every day
The place I work for refuses to give me a permanent contract, despite over a year of my services. This means I don't get sick pay, my wage is lower then people doing the exact same wage (many of them do a worse job that I have to sort out) and I don't get use of email, despite it being essential for many parts of my job.
How do I deal with this? I take stationary from the cupboard that I don't need and then fiddle with it untill it is broken or unusable. Take that shitty work place!

You can also repost this gem under 'Needless to say, I'm a twat' when that question inevitably gets rolled out

How is he being screwed over Vixor?
He wants better terms, instead of lolbreaking stationery why doesn't he look for a different photocopying job. His employer has rightly identified him as a prick, why would they give him a better contract? You really are a stupid cunt.

I am looking for anouther job, I manage to juggle my dead end job and paperclip bending with looking for a new job.
Also my employer has not identified me as a prick, my status here is due to being taken as a temp, as I stated earlier.
Now who feels like a stupid cunt?

It’s a safe bet that the reason why your employer “refuses” to give you a permanent contract is because you’re a stupid cunt.
If you were in any way good at your photocopying job they would have incentivised you to stay after a year with an upgrade in your contract. It’s a lazy way of telling you to fuck off, there’s any number of other drones who would gladly do what you do, so why should they care. They'll be glad to see the back of you once you land your next big photocopying job.

Incorrect I'm afraid, I'm part of a large team of temps who all do a very good job. The fact that I perform far above the expected level in performance reviews is evidence of this. The main reason we are not permanent is we are classed as external staff, taking us on full time would require them to pay off my agency and increase my wage.
I also didn't start messing with the stationery untill it became clear they had no intention of taking me full time.
Please don't make presumptions about somthing you haven't got the slightest clue about.

Right on brother.
Just a couple of months ago I used some milk from the work fridge on my cereal despite the laminated notice clearly stating the milk was "For tea and coffee only NOT for use with cereal."

The best part is, the ceo may have a bentley, but I have his staples. I don't even have a stapler!

This also means they don't have to follow normal disciplinary procedures, and would probably within their rights to sack you just for that.

Me too, but it doesn't stop me either
in fact the whole IT dept just order and wander off what what ever they need at any point. With a budget of £1k a day to blow, no-one seems to bat an eyelid when ink/pen drives/full PC's go walkies.... Then again the owners worth over £800m so I'm sure he wouldn't notice.
