am feeling your painthose 5am wake ups are rubbish. Try and trick Love by remembering the rubbish things about your unrequited love - how they smell bad after the pub, how they wanted to sleep with your mates etc etc. Burning hatred will soon take the place of love and you will be on your way back to being screwed over by the next lass.
Been there, totally understand.
