This is a question LOL Bigots

Freddie Woo says: "A bloke who lived next door to my mum told me on the day Diana died that it was 'God's punishment for sleeping with an Arab'". Tell us stories of bigots, racists, sexists, homophobes and loud-mouths so that we may point and laugh

My parents are in their eighties...
Hence they are by nature racists.

A typical line from my mother (whose best friend at work was Bangladeshi) goes like this.

"He wasn't a Paki doctor, he was a normal one" or the damning with faint praise, "She was a Paki but she was very nice"

They mean no harm in what they say but it's the vocabularly of their age group.

I know plenty of non-racists in their eighties.
You fucking ageist twat.

I See....
Dr Shambolic ploughing the middle ground as usual.

My experience mirrors yours: older people have had to adapt to varying levels of acceptable vocabulary throughout their lives. Some adapt better than others. My mum, bless her, is in her eighties and is pretty switched on, but still has the occasional lapse and uses an inappropriate phrase or two. It doesn't make her a racist, just like talking about older people doesn't make us ageist.

Or is that too reasonable?

Wrong.
Old people ARE ALL massive racists.
We do it because we know that A: We can get away with it.
And B: It embarrasses the living fuck out of you snot-nosed little disappointments.
And even if you DO call us out on it we can just come out with stories about the SERIOUSLY embarrassing things you did as a nipper to your new girlfriend.
:D

My father
My old man has moved with the times and now refers to our neighbour (who has Down's Syndrome) as a mongol and no longer as a 'cousin kid'.

Learn English or get back on the banana boat.
Which part of "by nature racist" has baffled your simian wog brain?

Expressing surprise at a "Paki" being nice,
isn't a failure to adapt to modern language standards, it's just racist.
"Oh, they mean no harm in their assertion that those with darker skin are predisposed to being arseholes..." Give over.
