Saying someone is coloured isn't particularly racist, just lazy and misleading.I'm coloured. That colour, using Standard Dulux Definitions, is somewhere between eggshell and off-white. You wouldn't call me coloured though, because that's used by lazy people to describe the skin tone of mixed race/black folk.
