I recentlywent to the doctors with bad indigestion and had to take a pregnancy test. Despite me telling them I'd had a period a week ago, and I'd had stomachache for 6 weeks. You know what? It was negative!

Those symptoms you describe(PV bleeding + abdo pain) can be due to pregnancy. A pregnancy test is perfectly reasonable.
