I had one of them once
On the back of my neck, just where my hairline starts.

The doc spent a good 15 minutes squeezing my neck, he even had to take a breather at one point as he was getting tired.

The worst part of it was the god-awful smell. It was only subsequently that i discovered it was identical to Sure For Men Original deodorant - the smell turns my stomach instantly
