luckily my medical team were much better (if you discount the 3 visits where they seem to think keeping someone who is losing/has lost their baby waiting in a room with other pregnant women for well over 30 mins each time 'much better')

Your nurse should not have been working in this area with that attitude, did you put in a complaint to the hospital (I know, its the last thing you are thinking about at a time like that)?
