Mix TapesEveryone's made a mix tape (or CD, USB stick, or whatever kids do these days). Mostly to get in someone else's pants, but we're sure there are other, lesser, reasons too.

Ha ha!I like that image.
I used my phone as an alarm clock for ages, literally the whole year-plus I had it (wasn't fussed about replacing it as it was really great - Sony Ericsson T68i, for reference).
Anyway, when the alarm went off it used to make a little 'pip pip' noise, then play whatever tune I had set.
Eventually, like Pavlov's dogs, I had conditioned myself to such a degree that if I heard that sound out of context I'd feel like I'd *just* woken up - really groggy and disoriented. Only for a second, but it was the weirdest thing.
