You're not alone
I dont have one either. I refuse to be permanently contactable. I don't have an answerphone either. If its important enough whoever it is will ring when I'm home, write, email or call around in person.

My Dad..
Is a perfectly rational person, but he won't have a computer, or an answerphone. I bought him a mobile but it's still gathering dust in the cupboard.
He doesn't think it's witchcraft, he just likes being out of reach sometimes..

I can trump that!
My Dad has not one but two mobile phones, both of which he refuses to use!
What's especially sad is that one of them is a work's phone that he doesn't have to pay for.
