Why isn't nylon banned?An ignition spark is more likely from a static discharge from some naff nylon clothing.
So many stupid rules around. Mobile phones also cannot blow up a petrol station, yet these are banned too in the UK.

i heard that was because it used to be possible to re-set the pump back to zero with a mobile phone transmission thereby nicking off with a full tankbut this might be internet bollocks, i've never bothered to check.
