This is a question How nerdy are you?

This week Gary Gygax, co-creator of Dungeons and Dragons, died. A whole generation of pasty dice-obsessed nerds owes him big time. Me included.

So, in his honour, how nerdy were you? Are you still sunlight-averse? What are the sad little things you do that nobody else understands?

As an example, a B3ta regular who shall remain nameless told us, "I spent an entire school summer holiday getting my BBC Model B computer to produce filthy stories from an extensive database of names, nouns, adjectives, stock phrases and deviant sexual practices. It revolutionised the porn magazine dirty letter writing industry for ever.

Revel in your own nerdiness.

Windows and office codes
At the place I work, we have a site license for Windows XP and Office 2003 (amongst other things). As it's a site license, the copies all use the same license codes.

I know those license codes off by heart, and can type them in without having to read them from anywhere.

I used to be able to remember
the 'FCKGW' key off by heart, before Microsoft rumbled it.

I am currently using the XP serial from the University of Durham's computer rooms.
So I have dodgy XP without cracks that still passes validation and everything :)

I still remember
the CD key to my illegally copied version of Quake 3: Arena

I can also remember my parents' and grandmother's lottery numbers.
