Morse Code is still a valuable skill to learn.You never know when you might be kidnapped by a moustachioed South American villain and held captive in his jungle mansion's basement, with the only way of making contact with a fellow captive being to tap out messages on the plumbing.
Ditto learning the flags. You could easily end up trapped in a deserted dockside warehouse, and have to use a wet bag and some conveniently handy helium to launch a balloon which tows a line of flags spelling out "HELP" and hope that a passing cop is an ex-sailor.

That's quite unlikely thoughWhat's more likely is that there will be a world war and all the people who still know Morse or flags will be recruited to send secret messages to each other, similar to the Navajo Code Talkers in WWII.
