I do tooI used to be funny about only using fresh yeast but no one near me sells it.
I started to make bread when I was on the dole. Gave me something to do and a bag of cheap flour is better value than cheap bread.

just go into asda or morrisons etc and at the bakery ask them for some yeast been doing it on and off for several years and never had to pay(
