I can still remember the times and temperatures of all the McDonalds grills, vats, and storage facilities in fahrenheit despite the fact that they converted to centigrade 15 years or so ago and I haven't worked there for over 3 years...

I remember Q-ing ovens, and their withdrawl following some unforunate incedents in the US
oh, my old store was store number 0594, which is a building type 195+2 (The very first modular restaurant) - Peterborough is / was a test area for new construction methods (0088 - first in a shopping centre, 002 something was first drivethru, 0594 first modular, 0666 first to share a petrol station building), the store in eye was put up in 2 days flat, from field to restaurant.

I've not worked there for 14 years at least.
