As do I.One of my staff does this. He also thinks certain words that start with the letter H have it as silent, and I am not talking about contentious ones like 'historic' - I mean 'human' or 'Hughes'.

It makes me ill with rage.It's also difficult for me to lead by example, because people assume I am saying 'aitch' because I'm common, and that therefore they know better.
