Tempting though that might beI need the job badly enough that I'd likely do just about anything they ask at this point, and can't afford to jeopardize this in any way. Having this huge gap in my resume does not look good at all.
I'm probably not going into this with the best mindset for negotiation, but what the hell- I'm fucking desperate.
