I remember you saying
I reckon all the sloes will be gone, I wanted to make sloe gin. If you can find fucking elderflowers in London, you should be able to find fucking sloes.

/expecting the "What about regular sloes?" joke

But elderflower plants are total slags
sloes ARE harder to find. Unless of course you schlep down to Borough market, but that's cheating somehow I feel.

I'm only a short schlep from there.
But foraging is free, I guess. And Borough Market rapes your wallet unless you get all the remaining produce at closing time

Haha, nice work!
Yeah, borough market is fun to visit but I'd want to go more often if I lived in London, and I doubt I could afford it, it really is incredibly overpriced if you want to actually source stuff for a whole meal rather than just odds and sods.

If I had my kitchen from homedown in London, I'd cook so much
I made a lovely dish last night, and whipped the leftovers into a tasty and healthy meal. In London I'm so weirded out by my kitchen I live on packet food.

Last year I developed a fear of my fridge.
